Furthermore, the one that leaked started hissing immediately when I applied the air-pressure, however, I wanted to make sure it wasn't just the cap, coupler or tire-valve seat malfunctioning so I quickly applied pressure up to range and immediately submerged it into the water and saw the bubbles right away. The leak was already there. It was less than 25 P.S.I, more than 20 P.S.I, about 23 P.S.I.
